- Lip size and lip lines - treated with dermal fillers like collagen and hyaluranon.
- Frown Lines - lines between the eyebrows are caused by the action of muscles just above the eyebrows. These are best treated by Botox, which relaxes the muscles, but sometimes they require dermal fillers like collagen, as well, to smooth the lines.
- Crows Feet - these are the smile lines on the outside of the eyes which form furrows when you smile. These are best treated by a muscle relaxant which relaxes the muscle that causes them. Sometimes we add collagenfor fine lines that remain after Botox. These lines sometimes extend under the lower eyelid and these areas can be improved as well.
- Smokers Lines (vertical lines above and below the lips) are treated by collagen and other dermal fillers.
- Brow Lines - these are the horizontal lines on the forehead caused by raising the eyebrows. They can become quite furrowed and are best treated by a muscle relaxant with or without a dermal filler.
- Chemical brow lift - creating an arched or flared eyebrow is a new technique achieved with specific placement of a muscle relaxant. This technique has become very fashionable in the USA.
- Nasolabial Folds - from nose to corners of mouth. These deeper folds can be softened with dermal fillers like collagen.
- Marionette Lines (oral comissures) - from corners of mouth to chin, these lines often cause a sad look and are also softened with dermal fillers like collagen.
- Bunny Lines - scrunch lines on the nose are treated with Botox.
- Mental Crease - furrow above the chin can be treated with Botox into the muscle or filled with collagen and other dermal fillers.
- Facial Scars - can be lifted with dermal fillers.
- Acne Scars - are difficult to treat but can be softened with dermal fillers or laser resurfacing.
- Skin texture - can be improved with a variety of skin care products (see our On-line shop) or chemical peels or photorejuvenation with Photoderm IPL.
